The personal folders are a unique and easy way of keeping the personnel's history, including both personal and family data, benefits, training and certificates, security and safety courses, etc.
When formal education is often highly important for a company, to know the informal knowledge of their employees is usually as important, and, in case of need, this information can be simply obtained and an employee who has the appropriate skills or can fill the opened needs can be easily found.
With the management of the individual skills, is easier for the organization to decide on long-term training plan, and for it to fit the business needs in the future.
Travel orders
Travel orders can be divided into several types - foreign travel orders and travel orders inside the country. Individual travel orders can be issued to a passenger, who has been pre-entered in the personal folders. The order can the be issued for a rented or private vehicle, as well as for a company vehicle which can be chosen from the company fleet.
On the header of the order there can be also set the administrator, the responsible person and the certifying body.
The travel order may contain more than one path in the form of positions. Each position also includes the information on mileage, allowances, fuel prices and the exchange rates. Also, it can contain the food deductions.
For each position of the order can then also the costs and actual costs be calculated.
For each travel order a deposit and refund of advance payment can be also made, and the accounts linked.
